November 2025: Scout Incentives & Upcoming Launches

Attention, Curators!
November continues with the same incentive structure introduced over the past few months. Meanwhile, we have been busy building new tools and preparing two exciting developments that will soon enhance your Scout (and Curate) experience.

1. Single Tag Incentives Recap

All parameters, pools, and eligibility rules remain consistent with October.

Address Tag Registry (ATR)

  • Pool: 100,000 PNK (of which 7,000 PNK are allocated for removals)
    • Maximum reward per successful submission: 500 PNK
    • Maximum reward per successful removal: 500 PNK
  • ERC20, ERC721, and EIP-1167 submissions are excluded from incentives. They remain valid for inclusion if compliant with policy.
  • Explorer tagging requirement applies for rewards. See list below.

Token Registry

  • Pool: 100,000 PNK (of which 7,000 PNK are allocated for removals)
    • Maximum reward per successful submission: 500 PNK
    • Maximum reward per successful removal: 500 PNK
  • Solana tokens must have at least 5,000 holders to be eligible for rewards.
  • Explorer tagging requirement applies for rewards. See list below.

CDN Registry

  • Pool: 100,000 PNK (of which 7,000 PNK are allocated for removals)
    • Maximum reward per successful submission: 500 PNK
    • Maximum reward per successful removal: 500 PNK
  • All compliant submissions are rewarded.
  • Not subject to the explorer tagging requirement.

Explorer tagging requirement (for ATR and Token rewards)

To qualify for rewards, entries must not already be tagged on the relevant explorer in the Etherscan family.

Avalanche C-Chain → snowscan.xyz
zkSync → era.zksync.network
Scroll → scrollscan.com
Gnosis → gnosisscan.io
Celo → celoscan.io
Base → basescan.org
Linea → lineascan.build
Solana → solscan.io
Arbitrum One → arbiscan.io
OP Mainnet → optimistic.etherscan.io

Formula (valid for all single tag registries)

reward_per_submission = reward_pool * ( (1 / (2 * total_submissions)) +(txns_with_contract / (2 * total_txns_with_all_contracts)))

Note: Even if your entry isn’t eligible for rewards, don’t worry. If it is compliant with the policy, it will still be accepted into the registry. Every valid project is welcome, and we’re glad to have your contribution!

2. Address Tag Queries (ATQ) Incentives

  • Submissions pool: 60,000 PNK
  • Maximum reward per successful submission: 3,000 PNK
  • Removals pool: 6,500 PNK
  • Maximum reward per successful removal: 500 PNK
  • Formula for both submissions and removals:
reward = reward_pool / successful_requests
  • Eligible chains: All

3. Sneak Peek: The New Scout Interface

We’re building a redesigned Scout Interface to make curation simpler and faster. Here are some amazing new features you can expect:

  • Export possibility: You’ll be able to rapidly export entries locally to better analyse them or share them with your favourite AI agent.
  • Advanced filtering: You’ll have more control over what you see in each registry page.
  • “My activity page”: This page will provide information about your previous submissions and monitor your current ones.
  • You’ll be free to choose between list view and card view.
  • Submit evidence and appeal via Scout.
  • Advanced dashboard.
  • Quick guide for a faster understanding.
  • Quick search across all the registries simultaneously
  • And more to come…

Early previews and community testing are coming soon.

4. Stake Curate Developments

This new version of Curate introduces a staking-powered model that provides continuous incentives for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of registry entries.

The first list to launch under this framework will be the Bluechip Vaults Registry, which identifies vaults that meet the highest standards of safety and credibility. These vaults are exclusively exposed to pre-approved, risk-adjusted “bluechip” assets and protocols such as major stablecoins, leading LSTs, and recognized DeFi infrastructures.

By focusing on transparent, verifiable exposure to trusted protocols, It creates a space where users, managers, and protocols can interact with clear incentives and verifiable trust.

The first partner to join and use this regsitry is DAMM Capital, who collaborated in defining the core criteria of the Bluechip Vaults Registry.

More details and a public launch timeline will be shared soon in a dedicated article.

TL;DR

• Incentives and parameters are unchanged for November
• ATR reminder: ERC20, ERC721, and EIP-1167 submissions are excluded from incentives but still valid if compliant
• CDN: every compliant entry is rewarded
• ATQ incentives unchanged: 60k PNK for submissions with a 3k cap, 6.5k PNK for removals with a 500 cap
• New Scout Interface
• Stake Curate’s first list launch in November.
