December 2025: Scout Incentives, Devconnect Highlights & Community Feedback
December closes the year with stability across the Scout ecosystem: all parameters, incentives, and eligibility rules are confirmed. Meanwhile, we’ve continued refining the new Scout Interface, engaged with the community&partners at Devconnect Buenos Aires, and collected valuable feedback to prepare the beta for its next iteration.
1. Single Tag Incentives Recap
All parameters, pools, and eligibility rules remain the same as in November.
Address Tag Registry (ATR)
- Pool: 100,000 PNK (of which 7,000 PNK allocated to removals)
- Maximum reward per submission: 500 PNK
- Maximum reward per removal: 500 PNK
- ERC20, ERC721, and EIP-1167 submissions remain excluded from incentives (but valid if compliant)
- Explorer tagging requirement applies
Token Registry
- Pool: 100,000 PNK (of which 7,000 PNK allocated to removals)
- Maximum reward per submission: 500 PNK
- Maximum reward per removal: 500 PNK
- Solana tokens must have at least 5,000 holders to be eligible
- Explorer tagging requirement applies
CDN Registry
- Pool: 100,000 PNK (of which 7,000 PNK allocated to removals)
- Maximum reward per submission: 500 PNK
- Maximum reward per removal: 500 PNK
- All compliant submissions are rewarded
- No explorer tagging requirement
Explorer tagging requirement (for ATR and Token)
To be reward-eligible, entries must not already be tagged on the following Etherscan-family explorers:
Avalanche C-Chain → snowscan.xyz
zkSync → era.zksync.network
Scroll → scrollscan.com
Gnosis → gnosisscan.io
Celo → celoscan.io
Base → basescan.org
Linea → lineascan.build
Solana → solscan.io
Arbitrum One → arbiscan.io
OP Mainnet → optimistic.etherscan.io
Formulas (single-tag registries)
Submissions:
reward_per_submission = reward_pool * ( (1 / (2 * total_submissions)) + (txns_with_contract / (2 * total_txns_with_all_contracts)))
Removals:
reward_per_removal= reward_pool / total_removals
Note: Even if your entry isn’t eligible for rewards, don’t worry : if it meets the policy criteria, it will still be accepted. We welcome every valid contribution to the ecosystem!
2. Address Tag Queries (ATQ) Incentives
- Submissions pool: 60,000 PNK (max 3,000 PNK per submission)
- Removals pool: 6,500 PNK (max 500 PNK per removal)
- Formula for both:
reward = reward_pool / successful_requests
- The formula is valid both for new registration and removal requests
- Eligible chains: All
3. Community Feedback & Scout Interface Progress
Throughout November we shared beta access to the redesigned Scout Interface and gathered valuable community feedback .
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who participated in this beta phase. Your positive reactions were fantastic and your suggestions for improvements were extremely helpful .
The feedback round will remain open until December 8th. After that, we will begin incorporating part of the suggestions/feedbacks and preparing the launch of the interface to the public
4. Devconnect Buenos Aires

In November, the Kleros team attended Devconnect Buenos Aires.
It was a real pleasure to meet some of you in person, exchange ideas, discuss ongoing work, and hear firsthand impressions from the community.
Your feedback and conversations during the event were greatly appreciated, thank you for stopping by, and we look forward to seeing you again at the next one!
TL;DR
• Incentives and parameters remain unchanged for December
• ATR reminder: ERC20, ERC721, and EIP-1167 submissions excluded from incentives
• CDN: all compliant entries rewarded
• ATQ incentives unchanged
• Community feedback round for the new Scout Interface open until December 8th
• Great interaction at Devconnect Buenos Aires : thank you!
